Client delays in providing content, approvals, access, or requirements may affect timelines. Custom development may require deposits, staged payments, testing, and written approval before deployment.

7. Digital Service Voucher

The Digital Service Voucher is presented as a service payment and request tool for approved digital services. Access may require registration, verification, KYC, service selection, and compliance checks. Voucher requests may be reviewed, approved, declined, or delayed depending on eligibility, verification, service requirements, and applicable processing rules.

8. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in the relevant quote, invoice, contract, or service agreement. Deposits for custom work, ordered hardware, licenses, or special procurement may be non-refundable once work has begun or items have been ordered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
